A.     Subdivision Identification Sign For The Promontory Ridge Subdivision Located At Hampton Drive And Route 22, Promontory Ridge HOA.  Approved.

B.     Signage For Elenis Boutique, 3970 Route 22 (Long Grove Commons), Building “B”, Sakoufakis.  Approved.

C.     Elevations For Building “D” (CVS Pharmacy) Of The Sunset Grove PUD, Mid-America Development Company.  Continued.

D.     Modifications To The Approved Landscaping Plan For The Long Grove Commons PUD, Route 22 & Old McHenry Road, Cloverleaf Group.  Approved.

3.      Consideration Of An Ordinance Granting A Special Use Permit To Allow A Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Of 9 Units On 18.16 Acres Of Property To Be Known As Steepleview Estates Subdivision Located At 1128 RFD (South Side Of Route 53 And North Of Manassas Lane), Ullrich.  (Ord. #2008-O-22).

 

4.      Consideration Of An Ordinance Granting A Special Use Permit To Allow An Amendment To A Previously Approved  Planned Unit Development/ Subdivision Commonly Known As “The Long Grove Commons” For Additional Parking And An Additional Drive Through Coffee Shop, The Cloverleaf Group (Ord. #2008-O-23).
