1.      Report Of The June 3, 2008 Plan Commission & Zoning Board Of Appeals Meeting.

A.     PUBLIC HEARING; CONTINUATION:  Variation Of The Side Yard Set-Back Requirement (South Side) From The Required 40 Feet Down To 26.06 Feet Within The R-2 District For The Construction Of An Addition (Garage) To An Existing Single Family Dwelling For Property Located At 2542 Lincoln Avenue, Wiatr. (Discussion By ZBA Members Only).  Continued.

B.     PUBLIC HEARING: CONTINUATION.  Special Use Permit To Allow A Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Of Up To 10 Units On 18.16 Acres Of Property To Be Known As Long Grove Country Club Estates Unit Number Ten And/Or Additional Relief Necessary And/Or Appropriate Under The Zoning Code To Allow A Planned Unit Development Of Up To 10 Units On Property Currently Zoned Under The R-2 Zoning District Classification Within The Village Of Long Grove, Illinois On Property Located 1128 RFD On The South Side Of Route 53 And North Of Manassas Lane, Ullrich. (Discussion By Full PCZBA).  Recommended Approval.

C.     PUBLIC HEARING: Special Use Permit To Allow An Amendment To A Previously Approved  Planned Unit Development/ Subdivision Commonly Known As “The Long Grove Commons” Including  Amendments To The Previously Approved Ordinance, Plat And Plans For Additional Parking And An Additional Drive Through Coffee Shop And/Or Additional Relief Necessary And/Or Appropriate Under The Zoning Code To Allow Amendment Of The Previously Approved Planned Unit Development On Property Currently Zoned Under The B-2 PUD District, The Cloverleaf Group. (Discussion By Full PCZBA).  Recommended Approval.

 

2.      Report Of The June 4, 2008 Conservancy Scenic Corridor Committee Meeting.

Ř      CSCC 08-03.  Removal Of Unwanted Material In A Conservancy District On Vacant  Property At 1514 Sumter Drive Within The Country Club Estates Subdivision, Heeney Builders.  Recommended Approval.

 

3.      Consideration Of A Proposal From ESI Engineering For The Evaluation Of Village Wide Water System Improvements Necessary For The Distribution Of Lake Michigan Water. 

 

4.      Consideration Of A Resolution Approving The Village Of Long Grove National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) II – MS4 Year 5 Report (Res. #2008-R-16).

 

5.      Consideration Of A Resolution Authorizing An Agreement For Emergency Communications Network Services With Blackboard Connect-CTY In The Annual Amount Of $5,224.00 For Fiscal Year 2008/09 (Res. #2008-R-17). 

 

6.      Consideration Of A Resolution Authorizing The State Of Illinois Joint Purchasing Agreement To Purchase A Maximum Of 1,500 Tons Of Rock Salt For The 2008/09 Season With The Total Expense Not To Exceed $81,900.00 (Res. #2008-R-18).  Based upon 1,050 to 1,950 tons ranging from  70% to 130% maximum allowance @ $42/ton.
