The VILLAGE OF LONG GROVE is now accepting sealed bids for:

ARCHER ROAD AND PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS

Demolition of existing parking lot which includes 15,745 SY full depth bituminous pavement removal and disposal, 8300 CY earth excavation. Also includes installation of 975 tons of HMA N50 surface, 1626 tons of HMA N50 binder, 13000sy of Type B Aggregate base, 4150L.F. of B6.12 c&g, 8355 SY of brick paver, 1628 LF of storm sewers, 900 LF of sanitary sewer, 600LF of new Roadway with streetscape, Lighting, Landscaping  and Bio-swale Improvements

Contract Documents are available starting August 26, 2008

Required non-refundable fee of $100 payable to ESI Consultants, Ltd
